 Selecting
a prom site can be confusing. Price, location,
atmosphere, are all factors in the final decision. Here
is a guide to the questions for catering staff.
- How many people can the venue comfortably accommodate?
- What type of parking is available, is there a charge
for parking?
- When will the decorating committee be allowed in
for decorations. and when do decorations have to be
taken down?
- What other events are scheduled that evening at
your site (it could be a librarian or biker convention)
- If dinner is served as part of prom, what menu selections
are available, and at what cost?
- Is outside catering allowed for soft drinks etc?
Is there an additional charge for soft drink service
during prom?
