Contest Rules:
Contests
open to residents of the United States 18 years of age
and under. Prizes awarded are for use
only in the greater Kansas City area. Employees,
and member of their families living in the same household
as Kansas City Proms are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning
depend on number of entries. All entrants, as
a condition of entry, agree to release to Kansas City
Proms, its affiliates, distributors and agencies from
any and all liability for injuries or damages of any
kind sustained through participation in Kansas City
Proms' contests and/or use of a prize once accepted.
No
cash substitutions, transfers or assignments of prizes
allowed, except by Kansas City Proms in case of unavailability,
in which case a prize of equal or greater value will
be awarded. All prizes will be awarded. Contest
winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit
of eligibility and liability /publicity release within
fifteen (15) days of notification attempt or an alternate
winner may be selected. By accepting prizes, each
winner grants to Kansas City Proms the right to use
his or her name, likeness, biographical information
and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion
without further notice or compensation, except where
prohibited by law. All winners' first names, last
initials, and school names will be posted on www.kansascityproms.com.
Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility
of the prize winners and their families
